Terms & Conditions
 
The following terms and conditions apply:
 
    A course is only valid for the person enrolled and cannot be transferred to any other person.
   
    The administration fee of £ 200 is non-refundable unless your course is cancelled.
   
    Course tuition fees will only be refunded if your visa is refused or unless your course is cancelled.
   
    If necessary, the college has the right to change the timetable and merge classes.
   
    The student agrees to buy the recommended text books for all the study modules prior to the course.
   
    All course modules are subject to change.
   
    All holidays must be taken during the college's official term breaks. Any unauthorized leave will result in disciplinary action.
   
    You must comply with the college's and UKBA's regulations on attendance.
